Miami Rain Semi-Pro Women’s Basketball Team

  Miami Rain organization is the first women’s semi-pro basketball team to reign over Miami, Florida. In association with the Women’s Blue-Chip Basketball League ( WBCBL), the Miami Rain has set precedence by becoming Miami’s first professional semi-pro women’s basketball team with sights set on victory and uparalleld success. Engaging the Mind and the Body, while enriching the spirit, is at the core of the game. The Miami Rain presents an opportunity for women to compete on an elite level, build character,display and perfect their leadership skills and athletic talent. The organization also provides a forum which promotes wellness, balance and health, while delivering an astonishing commitment to its players and staff.

Miami Rain started out monderately with 12 girls and only 6 games for the season of 2007. It was with your support that we entered the 2011 with 15 girls /10 games and hosted the Regional at home, yet again. We ended the season with a record of 10-3. It was an honor and a great turn out from the commmunity who supported and cheerd for our Miami Rain. It’s time to do it again bigger and better than ever. – via ballcharts.com
