Celebrating its 20th year in Miami, it is with tremendous excitement that SCOPE returns to its iconic location on the sands of Miami Beach, nestled amongst the iconic architecture of Ocean Drive at 8th Street. With stunning views of the ocean, SCOPE’s extraordinary selection of contemporary art from 140 international exhibitors will be presented alongside museum-quality installations, panel discussions, and nightlife events.

For SCOPE Miami Beach’s 20th Anniversary, the street art mainstay Entes will transform SCOPE’s front entrance pavilion into a colorful portrait of Peru presented as a monumental foam sculpture, whose surface is created by using his unique mural-transfers.

Joan Jiménez, AKA Entes, is a Lima, Peru-born artist who rose to prominence over the last two decades for his highly expressive murals and paintings. Entes is one of Peru’s most highly acclaimed street artists, painting murals around the world and experimenting with both the medium and presentation of graffiti.

As he’s developed his practice beyond graffiti and vibrant large scale murals, Entes has begun exploring new techniques that connect the viewer and the places which inspire him. One way he does this is through Strappo, a complex process which transfers murals or tags from walls he’s painted onto canvas, while preserving the original.

Noah Cook was forged on the Space Coast of Florida and further refined his style at Flagler College. His technicolor paint and multimedia work hunts for deep meaning or at least deep fun in the very latest pop culture icons in music, film, and snack food. In fact, his prestigious Taco Bell scholarship funded the best parts of his fancy education. Other clients include Bonnaroo, Clemson University, and Standard Collective.
