Ronald Poppo – “Bath Salts” Victim almost a year later

Remember this? Frank Poppo was attacked  and had parts of his face eaten. They blame was on bath salts but it turned out that it wasn’t. Wither way its a horrible thing to go through. Almost a year later and a photo of the victim, Frank Poppo, has appeared online. What happened to him was unfortunate but at least he is alive and in good health.
